Church History

   Word Alive Christian Faith Center began it's first worship services in the late summer of 2000. With only eight members, the service was held in the Kennedy Middle school auditorium.

   In 2002, WACFC  moved the small yet thriving congregation to a conference room at the Summerfield Suites Hotel in SW Charlotte, and held it's Bible classes at the home of the Pastor. 

   In the fall of 2009, the congregation moved to it's current facility, 724 Montana Dr in Charlotte, North Carolina.

   We are believing God for Word Alive Church and our covenant partners to build a state of the art facility to house a 5,000 seat sanctuary, a K-12 Christian School, a Health and Fitness Center, a Bookstore, a 24 hour Intercessory Prayer Room, an Outreach Center, a Cafeteria, Children's Church and Youth Facility, and an Administrative office building.
